What can I cook in my electric skillet?

I’d like to cook something nice for dinner, but I only have an electric skillet, a microwave, and a toaster oven.

What I can cook in my electric skillet that’s easy, and tasty? If it’s especially tasty, I might forgo the “easy” requirement to make it.

Well, I don;t have much in my cupboards… so I was going to go to the store and get ingredients. Probably something with beef though, as that is the SOs favorite meat.
